As one of the restaurants in Selby growing in popularity, we’re constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our food, drinks and levels of service to our great customers.
With that in mind, We’d like to give our new head chef, Callum Gilles, a very warm welcome! Coming from a family consisting of more chef’s than there are ingredients in a French Cassoulet, he has an inherent and extensive understanding of this profession. Callum brings passion, knowledge and experience and, at only 21, is invigorating our kitchen and team with his culinary delights; with a new specials menu, spectacular Sunday Roasts and super special theme nights showcasing some magical theatrics within the dishes!.
Bringing our great eatery up to the next level, we hope that we can cement our place as one of Selby’s favourite places to eat, as well as one of the tastiest places to eat near York.
